Subscription-Based Services
We offer our services through monthly, quarterly (3-month), and yearly subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of your chosen subscription period β including how billing and access are structured.
Subscription Refunds
View-Count Guarantee & Partial Refunds
We guarantee a minimum monthly view count as specified in your chosen service package. If we fail to deliver that guaranteed minimum in any given month, we will issue a partial refund β calculated to protect your investment.
The refund amount is based on the percentage of guaranteed views that were reached organically. The closer we get to the target, the smaller the refund. If we hit 80% of the guaranteed views, you receive a partial refund reflecting the 20% shortfall.
Organic Reach Consideration
The partial refund calculation takes into account the views your content achieved organically β not just raw totals β because this focuses on the genuine, natural performance of your Pinterest strategy rather than external noise or platform fluctuations.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period β you won’t lose access mid-month.
To cancel, log in to your account dashboard and follow the cancellation steps. You stay in control of all future charges.
When Work Begins
The moment you subscribe, our team gets to work β keyword research, board architecture, and initial content creation begin immediately. Because work starts on day one, cancellations only take effect for the next subscription period. No refunds are provided for the current period where work has already been delivered.
Limitations on Performance Guarantees
While we guarantee a specific minimum view count, we cannot guarantee specific sales results or overall shop performance. These outcomes depend on factors outside our direct control:
- Changes to Pinterest’s algorithm or platform features
- Market competition and seasonal trends
- Quality of your product listings, pricing, photos, and reviews
- Your customer service and responsiveness
- Your overall shop engagement metrics
Refunds are not issued based on sales performance β this is why we separate view-count guarantees from sales expectations.
Technical Issues & Service Interruptions
In the event of significant, prolonged technical issues on our end that demonstrably prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services, we will evaluate the situation thoroughly. Where appropriate, we may offer a fair resolution β such as a partial credit or a subscription extension β so you still receive the value you deserve.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds in rare, exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we’ll communicate clearly what we can legally and fairly offer.
