Your Service Agreement

Services We Provide

We, at Best For Seller, will manage your account based on the subscription plan you choose when signing up — monthly, quarterly (every three months), or yearly. Our services include:

• Optimizing your Pinterest profile
• Creating and scheduling content
• Providing analytics reports and performance insights
• Developing growth strategies tailored to your WooCommerce, Shopify, Etsy, or any other e-commerce store

We’ll perform these services professionally and in a timely manner. We will never ask for or require your account password.

Client Responsibilities

As the Client, you’ll need to give us access to your account through third-party tools or methods that don’t require sharing your password. You’ll also be asked to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals when needed
• Share screenshots of your store analytics when requested, to help us align strategy with your shop performance
• Follow the platform’s terms of service at all times

Subscription & Termination

Your subscription continues according to the period you chose — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, it will automatically renew.

Either you or the Agency can terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If payment is not received or any terms are violated, the Agency has the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

Payment

You agree to pay the subscription fees as presented during the signup process. Payments are due based on the subscription period you’ve selected — monthly, quarterly, or yearly. If payments are late, we may need to suspend or terminate services until everything is brought up to date.

Ownership

You will retain full ownership of all content we create for you as part of the services — including everything related to your online store and managed account. We’ll always respect your rights as the creator.

We may use anonymized performance data for our internal marketing efforts, without sharing any personal or sensitive information about you or your business.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive information shared throughout the duration of this agreement confidential, and to use that information only for the purposes described in this Agreement. Nothing you share with us will be used in ways you haven’t agreed to.

Liability

UTM Parameters

To track performance, we may use UTM parameters in links so we can see how traffic flows and how your campaigns are doing. By agreeing to this, you consent to this tracking method for analytics purposes — which helps us give you better insights into your growth.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, so we can find a fair solution without going straight to formal legal proceedings.

The Full Agreement

This document represents the full and complete agreement between you and Best For Seller. No other verbal or written communication shall amend this Agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing by both parties — keeping everything clear and protected for everyone.
