Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“the Agreement”) outlines the terms between you, the Client, and Best For Seller (“the Agency”) for the services we provide.
Services
We, at Best For Seller, will manage your account based on the subscription plan you choose when signing up, which could be monthly, quarterly (every three months), or yearly. Our services include optimizing your profile, creating content, scheduling posts, providing analytics reports, and developing strategies to help your Etsy shop grow, and we’ll perform these services professionally and in a timely manner, so you can trust that we’ll never ask for or require your account password.
Client responsibilities
As the Client, you’ll need to give us access to your account through third‑party tools or methods that don’t require sharing your password, and you’ll also be asked to provide timely feedback and approvals when needed. To help us optimize your strategy, we may ask for screenshots of your Etsy analytics, which will help us align your efforts with your Etsy performance, and you’re also responsible for following the platform’s terms of service.
Subscription and termination
Your subscription will start on the [Start Date] and continue according to the period you chose, either monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will automatically renew. Either you or the Agency can terminate this agreement with a 30‑day written notice, and if payment is not received or if any terms are violated, the Agency has the right to terminate the agreement immediately.
Payment
You agree to pay the subscription fees as presented during the signup process, and payments are due based on the subscription period you’ve selected, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly. If payments are late, we may need to suspend or even terminate services, until everything is up to date.
Ownership
You will retain ownership of all content we create for you as part of the services, which includes everything related to your Etsy shop and your managed account, and we’ll always respect your rights as the creator. However, we may use anonymized performance data for our internal marketing efforts, without sharing any personal or sensitive information.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive information shared throughout the duration of this agreement confidential, and to use that information only for the purposes described in this Agreement, so nothing you share with us will be used in ways that you haven’t agreed to.
Liability
The Agency is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even in cases where expectations are not fully met. While we’ll work hard to improve your account’s performance, we do not guarantee specific sales increases or results, and we are also not responsible for any changes to the platform or its algorithms that could affect performance, since those are outside our control.
UTM parameters
To track performance, we may use UTM parameters in links, so we can see how traffic flows and how your campaigns are doing, and by agreeing to this, you consent to this tracking method for analytics purposes, which helps us give you better insights.
Governing law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be resolved through mediation, so we can try to find a fair solution without going straight to formal legal proceedings.
Agreement
This document represents the full and complete agreement between you and Best For Seller, and no other verbal or written communication shall amend this Agreement unless it is explicitly agreed in writing by both parties, to keep everything clear and protected for everyone.
