3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform our services.
• Grant us necessary access to your accounts and Etsy shop if needed, using secure methods that do not require sharing your passwords.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required, so we can move forward without delays.
• Comply with all applicable platform and Etsy terms of service, because you are ultimately responsible for the content and account you manage.
• Provide any content required, that is not created by our agency, in a timely manner, so we can meet deadlines and keep your campaigns running smoothly.

4. Payment terms

Payment for our services will be as specified in the service agreement or proposal, and payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement, so you know exactly when each invoice is due. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services, until the account is brought back up to date.

5. Intellectual property

Any content created by us as part of our services will be owned by you upon full payment, so you control everything we produce for your shop. You retain ownership of your Etsy shop and your account, and we will never claim ownership over your brand. We may use anonymized performance data for our marketing purposes, without sharing any personal or sensitive information about you or your business.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business information confidential, including sales numbers, account details, and strategy notes, and we will not share this with anyone unless you give us clear permission. You agree to keep any proprietary information provided by us confidential, such as confidential reports or internal strategy documents, so both sides respect each other’s privacy.

7. Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even in cases where results don’t match your expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services, which means you can’t claim more than you’ve actually paid. We do not guarantee specific results or sales increases, because marketing results can vary depending on timing, content quality, and platform changes.

8. Termination
